Q: What is your maximum capacity for guests?
A: We have a maximum capacity of 97 guests...but 75 is more comfortable!
Q: Will there be someone there to do the activities with the kids?
A: Yes! You will have one or two hosts to do everything so you can be involved as much or as little as you like.
Q: Is it ok to bring our own food?
A: Yes! You are welcome to self cater or we are happy to offer a few options in house to make things even easier.
Q: Can guests use the kitchen during the party?
A: To keep the flow smooth, we ask that hosts and guests do not loiter in the kitchen. If you need fridge space or counter use, we’re happy to store items and bring them out exactly when needed.
Q: Can we bring and consume alcohol?
A: Yes! Beer, wine and cider are allowed with a Banquet Permit and Event Insurance. Liquor requires a licensed bartender.
Q: Will we need to arrive early or stay late to handle setup or cleanup?
A: Nope! We handle all setup and cleanup, so there’s nothing for you to worry about before or after the celebration.
Q: What time can we arrive at the venue?
A: Doors open 10 minutes before the party start time for the host family to arrive and settle in unless we have discussed otherwise.
Q: When is the final guest count due?
A: The final guest count is due one week prior to your event to allow us to prepare properly.
Q: What is your policy on outside food, balloons, decorations, and trash removal?
A: If you bring food, balloons, or additional decorations, everything must leave with you, including pizza boxes and empty food containers. Our garbage capacity cannot accommodate outside food waste.
Q: Are adults included in kids’ party pricing, and how is seating arranged?
A: For kids’ parties, adults are not charged unless additional tables are requested. We provide covered tables and chairs for children, with folding chairs available along the walls for adults.
Q: Is there a designated space for the host’s food, drinks, cake, or favors?
A: A host table is provided for food, drinks, cake, or party favors.
